Slurry Seal adalah suatu campuran yang terdiri dari Bituminous Polymer Modified Emulsion (jenis CQS), aggregate, mineral filler, air dan additive yang membentuk suatu campuran yang homogen secara merata.
Pemakaian lapisan aspal ini utamanya untuk jalan yang masih mempunyai daya dukung yang memadai tetapi karakteristik permukaannya telah berubah dari aslinya, seperti permukaan licin, bahan pengikat yang rapuh, terjadi pengelupasan batuannya serta retak-retak rambut.
Tujuannya adalah untuk lebih kedap terhadap air, menambah kekesatan serta memperpanjang umur jalan.
PT. Triasindomix menggunakan peralatan yang lebih modern berupa Slurry Seal Truck, sehingga proses penghamparan Slurry Seal menjadi lebih mudah, lebih praktis, lebih merata dan lebih efisien. Mesin Slurry Seal Mobile ini mempunyai kapasitas 3.000 m2 sampai dengan 5.000 m2 per hari, sehingga sanggup melayani kebutuhan pekerjaan Slurry Seal berskala besar.
